Sinclair & Rush are actively seeking additional staff members to help keep up with increasing demand for the Plastic and Rubber Components that we produce at our factories in Kent. Established in 1950, having developed many of the materials and techniques used within the industry.

Our HR Department take an active interest in all staff and are there to support through any difficult times. With the local NHS, we have resources and contacts to offer advice on nutrition and other health issues. Our Managers hold weekly 121's to get to know the staff.
We ensure all of our staff are as happy and comfortable within their working groups as possible. Through charitable challenges such as Mountain Climbing or Race For Life, we encourage group activities inside and outside of work and our teams regularly socialise.
We have been contributing to staff pensions long before compulsory auto-enrolment and continue to support staff with long-term savings. We host regular consultations with an independent financial advisor to answer questions about financial planning.
We offer in house training for all of our positions and encourage Continual Personal Development for all of our staff. Our resident 'Dream Manager' ensures that all of the Team are motivated to meet their own individual goals. We help with qualifications and certifications.
