Mark

Managing Director. Mark joined S&R on 10 July 2000 in the capacity of Production Analyst. Since then he has worked his way from Operations Support Manager in Maidstone through to Operations Manager in 2018 at both Rochester and Maidstone sites. Mark has also been the company’s mainstay in terms of Health & Safety and Quality Management.

Natalie

Customer Services Manager. Responsible for ensuring that all our customers have the best possible experience purchasing from us. Natalie started work within the Plastics industry at the age of 17 and has been with Sinclair & Rush since 2007.

Allan

Sales Manager. Responsible for all sales resources in the UK and Europe, Allan joined the business in 2008 as a Sales Executive and has worked his way up through the ranks. Allan has studied Sales Management with the CIM and also the ISM. He has worked in Sales since the age of 17 and still has daily contact with customers and involvement in custom projects. Allan also manages the marketing for the business, working closely with the agencies that we partner with.

Louise

Accounts & Purchasing Manager. Responsible for overseeing and managing both Accounts and Purchasing. Louise joined the team in 2012 as an accounts assistant and has progressed to management recently. Louise has studied with the AAT to obtain her full qualification and MAAT status. She is also a trained First Aider.

Sharon

HR Manager. Responsible for recruitment, training and employee wellbeing. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Sharon has been living in the UK since 2001. She joined Sinclair & Rush in February 2006 and has worked her way up from Sales Support to Customer Services before moving on to managing the HR side of the business. As Dream Manager, Sharon assists and encourages our people to live more fulfilled lives both inside and outside the workplace.

Paul W

Logistics Manager. Paul is based at our busy distribution centre in Rochester Kent and is responsible all goods arriving and leaving including Export and Import.

Shane

Engineering Manager. Responsible for maintenance, repairs and installation / commissioning of new equipment at all UK based Factories and Warehouses. Shane has many years experience in the field and is our longest serving Employee.

Grant

Production Manager. Responsible for our Vinyl Dip Moulding operation at our Maidstone based factory. Grant is supported by Shift Managers and Lead Hands due to our frantic 24/6 working patterns.

Debbie

Injection Moulding Manager. Debbie is responsible for overseeing multiple Injection Moulding shifts. An experienced setter, she is involved in many of the change-overs and Tooling projects.

Stewart

Extrusion & Secondary Manager. Stewart is responsible for looking after the efficiency and productivity of our Permasealing & Extrusion departments based at our Rochester location.

David

Sales Team Leader. David comes with a background of over 13 years sales experience in a fast paced Retail environment, 8 of those years in Retail management and the rest in a transitional Retail Banking environment. During David’s spare time he enjoys running, camping, cooking and spending time with his family.

Katharina

Territory Account Manager. Katharina joined the business in 2016 as a Sales Executive and has been promoted to Team Leader, working with a team concentrating on exporting our products to Mainland Europe. Katharina has studied Management and Leadership with the CMI (Chartered Management Institute) in her spare time. Originally from NRW in Germany, Kat has been a UK resident since May 2000.

Elaine

Senior Sales Executive. Having joined the company in 2010, Elaine is our longest serving Sales Person in the UK Team. Focused on building strong relationships with her customers, Elaine ensures that everyone is well informed and that the company is delivering on the promises she makes. We have just welcomed Elaine back from Maternity Leave, so she is currently working Tuesday-Friday.

Nathan

Sales Executive. Responsible for looking after customers from around the UK and Europe. Nathan started with Sinclair & Rush in 2016 and enjoys working on custom projects with new and existing customers. One of out more technical Team Members, Nathan is often called upon to help with training and the progression of long-term projects.

Tom

Sales Executive. Responsible for a customer base of over 300 companies in the UK and Worldwide. Tom joined in 2017 after having 2 years’ experience in an apprenticeship. Tom has learnt a lot over the 12 months that he has been here and is willing to help customer to his full potential. Tom loves a challenge and loves finding out new ways of our products being used.

Sales Executive. Pierre has joined the Sales Team this year, coming from a background in selling HSE products to the construction industry. He is keen to build relationships with his new Accounts and has been working hard to learn about our products and processes.

Sales Executive. Having relocated from South Africa where she has accumulated over 20 years of sales experience, Joey thoroughly enjoys working with people and building relationships. Currently interested in exploring as much of the UK as possible, Joey Loves the bush-veld and game reserves.

Ashley

Project Co-Ordinator. Ashley has been with the company since 2011 and comes from a background in Technical Sales. Having worked as a Sales Executive for 6 years with Sinclair & Rush, Ashley moved into a new position that was created to help manage the many custom projects that we work on. This role enables us to offer technical support to our customers and improves communication between our Global locations in the fulfilment of the Customer’s brief.
